      - Manage all materials fulfillment for Proto builds to Flex PEN & Zhuhai. - Material pipelining with suppliers, consign materials to Flex PEN & Zhuhai for any urgent materials & DF material fulfillment at Flex Mexico.- Manage strategic components (ASIC, PCB fab & etc) and work closely with customer based on proto build schedule and do allocation for few CMs to sustain the build. - Initiate face to face meeting or weekly conference call on custom made mechanical parts or unique component requirement to fulfill the proto build roadmap. - Lab materials fulfillment support (Hardware, mechanicals, optics cable & etc for rework or testing purpose).- Material pipeline for mechanical part and DF materials to Cisco San Jose to ensure combo stage to support new product testing and shipment to end customer.- Work closely & meeting with customer daily and assist Flex PEN & Zhuhai to act immediately if any build schedule or component change.- Work and communicate closely with Flex Penang & Zhuhai internal team to fulfill customer requirement on build schedule, shipment or any special request, eg: hand carry shipment request. - Arranging PCBA board rework and communicate with Cisco & Flex Milpitas team on the rework activites and board related issue.- Follow up PCBA delivery from Flex and work with Cisco custom team and forwarder to resolve any shipment clearance issue.
