  Account Manager / Product Manager

  As a member of a small team I had a hybrid role that spanned across relationship, product, operations and technical management. I experienced most of a startup cycle from early stages to exit (I started at Allpago which was acquired in 2019 by PPRO). I worked with clients like Microsoft, LinkedIn, Norton, McAfee, and Adobe.Main achievements:-I worked with a major US Gaming Merchant in order to build a reverse-API connection for their payment operation in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. This required the definition of a whole new product vertical and end-to-end coordination from client to local banks. Revenue increased ~50%.-I led the onboarding and integration of a US SaaS Merchant for their payment operation in Brazil, Chile and Argentina. The project lasted about 6 months and consisted of the coordination of approximately 7 internal and external teams. After going live, this client went on to become the most relevant until then, increasing the overall company's revenue ~60%.-I defined, implemented and hired a new team based in Mexico City (2 people). This released pressure on the Berlin-based team, and improved our payment operation. Show less
