It's a basically BPO(Business Process Outsourcing)service company dealing with all types of policies of USA. I was appointed there as a trainee,then after the probation period I got promoted to Process Executive-1. I got 11 months work experience in PATRA. In order to get higher studies, I switched out from PATRA at the end of November 2022.
