  Voluntary work alongside a South Yorkshire Regional Services Service Manager at Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. This period of work provided a vast insight into the various aspects of a Service Manager as well as Project work undertaken at the NHS in support of Hub and Spoke efficiencies. Work included demand and capacity analysis of the Referral To Treatment lists, review of planned / actual Clinic Rotas and Job Plans against the annual contracted target, with the aim of improving patient waiting time and meeting the 18 Week Pathway.
