  I currently work as Assistant Director of the Administrative Services Department, which includes three departments:1- Projects and Maintenance Department: It is concerned with constructing new buildings or maintaining existing buildings, starting with drawing up maps and documents, preparing tender documents, putting them out in a public tender, and analyzing them until the awarding stage, concluding the contract, and following up on project implementation according to established procedures.2- Procurement and Contracts Department: It is concerned with organizing the procurement process. Preparing and reviewing contracts.3- Support Services Department: concerned with providing logistical services.I participated with the internal tender committee and I have knowledge and experience in the field of tenders, starting with preparing the documents for the tender, reviewing them, and ensuring the integrity of the procedures before submitting them for bidding. Then work with the technical and financial analysis team for bidding, negotiation, and communication with applying companies. Show less
