      ▪ Spearheaded the development of an MVP product for search monetization, devising a GTM strategy for Daraz's three largest markets (Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka).▪ Successfully managed the mass launch of the product and introducing features such as an automated sign-up journey for users and new payment options, resulting in increased partner experience and revenue capture from existing clients.▪ Developed supporting frameworks and SOPs for the new department, ensuring smooth on-ground operations and maximizing efficiency.▪ Collaborated with the tech and algo teams to enhance the product's performance and managed the entire roadmap for search algo.▪ Led the end-to-end execution of the marketing plan/framework to increase awareness and adoption of the new tool across markets, with a major focus on education, achieving 350% of the target acquisition in the first month.▪ Took charge of three major domains for the department, namely product, performance, and expansion, ensuring their successful implementation and growth.▪ Conducted extensive market research and focus groups to scope out optimizations and identify opportunities for big wins, resulting in improved departmental performance and increased revenue generation.▪ Improving activation/retention of the partners and building strategies to positively impact the KPIs. Show less i. Forecasting and volume allocation for 3PLs, FBD and DEX for each origin-destination combination based on bulky/non-bulky splits during the 11.11 campaign to ensure smooth operations.ii. Initiating the 3PL Learning and Development program in PK and carrying out multiple sets of training on-ground with the 3PL Partners covering over 300 employees.iii. Setting up a rewards and recognition programs with different layers (both internal and external) like 3PL Championship Program and Weekly Best Rider etc. to keep all stakeholders involved in the chain motivated.iv. Working with POCs from Google to launch Google MarCo for Daraz – A attribution and campaign optimization solution opening up new channels for traffic.iii. Onboarding brands on the Private Traffic Platform and setting up their ad accounts on Facebook Collaborative Ads while supporting with any feed or other related issues.iv. Running the incentive program with Private Traffic Brands and awarding visibility and other benefits on the platform against the spent done on Facebook Collaborative and Google Ads.v. Automation of multiple dashboards for efficient data reporting and streamlining many department processes such as matrix for brand classifications etc.vi. Launching Private Traffic Department across other ventures and conducting training for multiple ventures in Sri Lanka.vii. Building a CRM tool for Private Traffic to automate lead scoring/nurturing and developing a better funnel for brand journey while optimizing experience at each stage.viii. Revamping the Online Sales Tool (An advertisement tool for marketplace sellers on Daraz) and uplifting the performance from less than 3X ROI to over 15X ROI with improved dashboards and data reporting.
