It determines its answers and associated confidence scores based on the knowledge it has acquired.Administrators are responsible for configuring the application and who have access to reports and metrics in IBM Watson Experience Manager.Administrators assign user roles and user permissions and configure the Advisor application that customers use to ask Watson questions. The user role permissions establish what tasks that each user can perform in the supported tooling for building a solution.System administrators configure the connection from user applications to a Watson pipeline.Administrators can monitor training progress and review content resources and generate usage reports to understand what content is being used by Watson to answer questions. Call Centre, Walk-in Centre and Correspondence), Claims Processing, and Premium Management, etc. The primary aim of monitoring these service transactions is to measure the number of enquiries that are resolved at the first point of contact and, where this does not occur, to put effective interventions in place to ensure future First Call Resolution.
