      My responsibility is to successfully manage a division of state government. Our division is responsible for the registration and education of taxpayers for the taxes for which they are responsible to file and pay. The division has three call centers to assist the taxpayers and their representatives regarding tax law and filing requirements. Our call centers average approximately 10,000 calls a month. Our registration staff assist taxpayers with registration and maintain more than 1.6 million active accounts. We also have five regional offices and staff to serve our taxpayers.       Oversee the daily operations and staffing of a General Call Center, Electronic Commerce Call Center, Tax Practitioner Call Center, Registration Units, Taxpayer Education Unit and five Regional Offices. My responsibilities were to assistant the Director with managing the staff and work processes for the division.
