Negotiated and signed production sharing contract and joint venture agreements, joint operating agreements (JOA) with SNPC and Petroci Cote d'Ivoire. Undertook roadshows in Toronto with the late Brad Griffiths founder of GMP Securities for financing and listing of Prevail Energy. Preparation and attendance of technical and management committee meetings. Preparation, discussion, approval of annual budgets and work programs. Initiated and completed the sale and disposal of the MKB Project interest to Pan Petroleum Limited (Panoro Energy) in 2010 in middle of financial crisis. Negotiated MOUs with Stream Oil in 2017 over the Owali onshore Gabon oil assets. Initiated and completed competent persons report (CPR) with McDaniel Associates in Canada. Initiated and coordinated technical meetings with DGM. Undertook technical evaluation and studies of potash and phosphates deposits and resources in the entire Gabonese sedimentary basin. Initiated, supervised and completed an exploration and resource targeting CPR with CSA Global Perth, Australia over the Topo and Vera potash licenses in Gabon.
