  Delivered numerous features & improvements to the Doctor Booking, Telehealth, and e-Pharmacy Mobile apps and Website along with Orders Dashboard, as well as embedding a design system that dramatically cut production costs and increased team efficiency.At the job I was also working with various sets of research and data gathered from different users, both existing and new users and that helped me to refine the existing products and also to follow the practices for future projects and products.My foremost responsibility was to analyze their platform and consult them with the best UX flows & practices. It helped them to increase “Doctor booking” conversion from 10% to 12% (2% increase within 5 months).2nd main task was to design an online pharmacy solution for both patients and pharmacies from MVP (minimal viable product) to the full-fledged product.
