      As a Product Owner for Ecommerce, I manage a comprehensive suite of payment solutions across the company's portfolio. This encompasses all payment methods, including direct purchases through classic e-commerce channels, integrated e-commerce solutions for cloud-based platforms, tailored payment options for the Sales department (quotes, invoices, etc.), and specialized functionalities for resellers, distributors, and hyperscalers.My responsibilities demand close collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Renewals, Finance, Collections, Marketing, and product teams.Key Responsibilities:- Continuously analyze e-commerce channel performance.- Gather and incorporate feedback from internal and external customers, and manage feature requests.- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize projects and allocate resources.- Develop and maintain the e-commerce roadmap, prioritizing features and resource allocation.- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed feature specifications.- Partner with architects to create Functional Analysis Specifications (FAS) and technical requirements.- Work with the UX team to develop designs, conduct research, and perform user testing.- Communicate project progress to stakeholders.- Proactively address potential risks and blockers.-Organize and lead demo sessions and UAT to validate project outcomess Show less Projects1.
