  In July 2021, I moved to a new position within NOKIA ; In MicroWave and Custom SolutioNs Business Unit, R&D HW Group, my role is Technical Project Manager for development and introduction of new X-HAUL HW product, UBT - Ultra Broadband Transceiver - family (mmW E-band frequency range) My role was to manage new product development project within Mobile Networks, Baseband Development Unit, from opportunity definition up to market deployment, leading cross functional team (mainly based in China, Poland, Finland and US). It is new platform product in Nokia portfolio, supporting 4G and 5G technologies.
