  Small group coordinator and paraprofessional for Reading and Comprehension. Worked with small groups of students in different grades supported students to apply their goals based on feedback from their classroom teacher and reading/ comprehension scores from standardizes testing scores. I worked side to side with the Literacy coach implementing instructional strategies for struggling readers. Small group interventions gave an extra dose of instruction by reinforcing reading skills from the core program. Assisted with additional duties in administrating benchmark assessments and progress monitoring using DIBELS and CSAP proctoring, I was also involved in data analysis and formal tracking of each of my students' goals.   I taught all different types of curriculum- Read anthology for vocabulary. Close Reading ,Math ENVISION,and Lucy Calkins- Writers Workshop. I assessed students with DRA's , DIBELS , DIBELS Burst, StAR reading and Math, and Math Acuity. also was an reading interventionist for early morning and after school small group intervention .I used DIBELS Burst for the students that were struggling in their reading skills. I used instructional strategies for struggling readers that were formed into small group interventions giving an extra dose of instruction by reinforcing reading skills from the core program of MCLASS DIBELS Burst. I was a team member on the Math Committee by working with data , using Pearson ENVISION curriculum, STAR Math assessment with Math Acuity viewing and discussing data of performance growth and goals, I was also a team member on the Literacy committee working with data and school growth performance- RTI and intervention groups,I help develop annotations for Close Reading for each grade level K-5. I mentor a student teacher with UNC ( university of north Colorado) in Fall of 2014 semester.I taught Art Club on Friday after school for the students to learn Art concepts and skills- Fall 2014-2015.   I taught two Regular half day Kindergarten classes with 20 student per class . I taught all different types curriculum by piloting two Pearsons "Journeys "and McGraw Hill "Wonders"for the school year of 2015-2016,Close Reading ,Pearson Math ENVISION, and Lucy Calkins- Writers Workshop. I used DIBELS Burst and I - station for the students that were struggling in their reading skills. I used instructional strategies for struggling readers that were formed into small group interventions giving an extra dose of instruction by reinforcing reading skills from the core program of MCLASS DIBELS Burst. I was trained in Leader in Me . I developed many data reports in Microsoft Excel for all the Kindergarten assessments given through each quarter in the school year. ( In Letter / letter sounds, sight words, no excuse words, DRA's , DIBELS Progress monitoring , benchmark growth data, math( count to 100 , count by 10's, number recognition, write numbers, fluency 5's).I help develop annotations for Close Reading for each grade level K-5. I was apart of leadership committees for Leader in Me and develop strong leadership skills. I was trained in TS Gold Strategy state assessment / survey .I am private tutor for a student after school once a week for 2015-2016 school year. Show less
