      The Colombian Institute for Educational Evaluation (ICFES) is a specialized entity that offers educational assessment in all educational levels. It supports the Colombian Ministry of National Education in the development and administration of state assessments and in systematic investigation about the factors that influence the quality of education. In my work through different short-term contracts, I successfully supported the Language Division in the design of evaluation instruments as well as in the grading of open-answers for the TERCE, a regional exam implemented by UNESCO between 2012 and 2013.
