  Collaborated with the AutoML and Digital Pathology teams to produce a machine learning model to aid pathologists with labeling a novel dataset of histopathology images.·Performed a literature review and created a custom synthetic dataset of 1700 patches of breast cancer tissue utilizing data augmentation and normalization techniques found in recently published papers.·Provided a working prototype by training a machine learning model on the dataset. The prototype was used to demonstrate how well the AutoML team’s object detection pipeline was able to generalize to this new and challenging problem.·Publicly released code at https://github.com/WaltAFWilliams/AMDet.
