Mary Kay distributors (called "beauty consultants") make income by directly selling to people in their community, and also receive a share of sales made by people they recruit into the distribution network. I was part of the marketing team when I was here, and in that period, I was involved with marketing our products through promotions, and road shows which we held at various places such as Taylor's college lakeside campus, Pavilion Mall, Universities around towns in KL and PJ. I prepared reports and analysis for the marketing team, as well as getting into brainstorming ideas with our team on how to improve our product types and strategies in order to cater more better to our customer's needs. MMC GAMUDA KVMRT (T) SDN BHD was awarded to design and construct the underground works of MRT.I am in charge of preparing the drawings of the stations to be sent out to our respective contractors, and a high level of performance is required here to ensure the drawings are designed well and reaches our contractors on time and in order, as well as tracking the drawings moving in and out form our organization.
