      With Role I support the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and reporting activities within IOM Thailand’s Protection Unit, in addition to the tasks related to the Asia Regional Migration Program.Core Functions / Responsibilities:The core functions and responsibilities of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Protection) include assisting in data collection, analysis, and maintenance for M&E activities, drafting report components, contributing to assessments and surveys, participating in monitoring exercises, maintaining project trackers, addressing data quality and compliance issues, participating in field monitoring missions, tracking and reviewing Results Matrices, providing inputs for project development, staying updated on IOM’s M&E policies, and disseminating findings to relevant stakeholders.The role is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of the Asia Regional Migration Program by supporting the implementation of M&E and reporting activities, with a focus on strengthening protection interventions in both crisis and non-crisis contexts.
