  Coordinated efforts of staff providing researched and curated information in response to inquiries from congregational lay and professional leaders. I managed the Knowledge Network staff with the goal of providing the best answer to every question, and this was achieved through effecting networking with professionals and leaders in the Movement, researching existing content and curating and vetting new content.Also launched an online community for leaders to connect with each other built first in Microsoft Sharepoint, and then Yammer. Our community was launched in June of 2013 with 400 people, and as of November 2016, there are almost 8,000 leaders connecting with one another, sharing their expertise and learning how to lead their sacred communities. Our engagement rates average 30-45%, and show that our leaders are getting the information they need from our online community. Show less

  I serve as a primary point of outreach and engagement with synagogues and as a liaison to the synagogue movements themselves, assisting in developing resources that are responsive to the needs of synagogues and the effort to balance security with creating an open and welcoming environment, while ensuring synagogues can access the essential tools and resources needed to maintain a secure environment for all.
