I spearheaded management of cost, quality, and delivery for $650M in spend for 26 global sites with six direct reports. I oversaw strategic planning and implementation, logistics, and continuous process improvements. Additionally, I drove mergers and acquisition as a leader in change management and integration support. Increased contact penetration spend, reduced supply base, and established superior quality functions.Additionally, I realized over $40M in net savings over the course of four years in addition to establishing a centralized and global strategic plan for a 46-member team. I successfully oversaw M&A integration to capture $3M in savings during the first year of integrated business. I improved multiple processes to capture significant cost savings, including negotiating major contracts ($4.5M in annual savings), developing relationships with suppliers ($4M savings on $15M spend), and deployment of RPA pilots (20% annual savings).Additionally, I conceptualized and deployed Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) pilot, identifying potential customer OTD improvement of 8% in six months.
