  I currently provide administrative and advisory support to the ELT Division on the global flow of goods moving between our major manufacturing bases and our warehouses / customers globally.I am working within a small team where a flexible approach towards workload is essential, with the ability to work to tight deadlines imperative. My current responsibilities include: Investigating and implementing new shipping routes with our appointed global shipping providers. Overseeing inbound movements for global ELT warehouses, including preparation of SAP data to support automated processes.Investigation and resolution of problems / delays to deliveries.Reconciliation of stocks between our systems and that of 3rd party warehouse providers.Working with other parties in the operations team to ensure smooth outbound flow of stock to our distribution partners. Show less After taking over 8 months away from work to travel, my role consisted of being the day to day contact for a series of 3rd Party & internal branches, within a global customer base of over 200 customers, across 90 countries. After a year in the position I was given the opportunity to work with our largest market, OUP Spain, working with team members to co-ordinate and track the delivery of stock, with a budget in excess of €20m, as well as continuing to work with additional branches and 3rd party distributors.
