  Founding Member

  I was one of the founding members of the company, actively contributing from day one to the construction and development of the business. Initially, the company was a cryptocurrency brokerage, where I was responsible for creating and updating the operational risk matrix, as well as managing KPIs. I developed procedures that enabled the company to operate with controlled risks and grow sustainably, even in a highly volatile market. During this period, I closely monitored legislative changes and deepened my knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and related technologies.Over time, the company pivoted to the payment processing market (BRL and BTC), focusing on sports betting. Although I had no prior experience in this sector, I was tasked with developing our main product: a payment intermediation platform. Over the course of three years, I worked directly with developers and stakeholders to create a robust solution, from initial conception to final delivery, integrating it with platforms from 7 acquiring banks and 3 cryptocurrency exchanges. The platform processed over BRL 500 million, serving around 15 clients in the B2B2C model.This journey provided me with a comprehensive view of the cryptocurrency and electronic payments markets, as well as valuable experience in building products and business strategies from scratch.   As the Product Leader at SuperSim, a fintech focused on providing credit to high-risk individuals in Brazil, I am responsible for the nanocredit segment. I lead a multidisciplinary team, working closely and in direct contact with the risk, marketing, operations, and collections departments. Additionally, I report operations directly to the CEO and the company’s board, ensuring a clear and strategic vision for the business. With data-driven and results-oriented management, supported by specialized analysts, we manage an operation that handles over BRL 50 million in annual loans. Our focus is on optimizing the P&L, improving the product's EBITDA, reducing costs, and enhancing the user experience, ensuring access to credit for those who need it most and are often denied by other financial institutions. Show less SuperSim is a fintech focused on providing credit loans to Brazil's C and D classes.As a Senior Product Manager, my work involves developing products in collaboration with a team of five developers under my management to improve credit risk analysis and reduce portfolio delinquency.Notably, we developed a mobile application for the Android operating system focused on risk control. The app was installed on over 1 million devices and reduced delinquency rates by more than 30%.With a data-driven approach, KPI analysis, attention to success metrics, and stakeholder feedback, it is possible to prioritize critical tasks in the development backlog, maximizing return on investment.
