After program completion, joined the Chase Pay product team to deliver new checkout experiences in person and online.Launched new tokenized payment methods in which customers could pay with their credit/debit card, gift cards, or points at retailers including: (1) a QR code in the Chase Pay app that is scanned by the point of sale, (2) pay at gas pump through the app, (3) buy gift cards and order food through the app, (4) link and store payment method on merchant websites and apps via SDKs and APIs, and (5) pay on merchant websites via a Chase Pay button (similar to PayPal).Led product demos during pre-sales and coordinated integration with merchants such as Starbucks, Best Buy, Shell, ConocoPhillips, PayPal, and Walmart. Beat goal of $100M in assets under management within 6 months. Developed all account lifecycle experiences for Plex, a co-branded bank account integrated into Google Pay, including account opening, status changes, and closure.
