My technical competencies, formal education, degrees, licenses and certifications are in the Design, Construction, and Project Management market-sector with experience with a diverse assortment of project types , including K-12 Educational, Higher Education, Public Work, Private Work, Banking and Financial Institution Environments, Critical Work Environments, and Data Center Design and Construction. I am a licensed Architect, a LEED Accredited Professional committed to sustainability, a PMP, a Project Management Professional committed to continuous improvement, a rigorous approach to management, focused on education, responsibility, respect, diversity, equity and inclusion. Over the last five years, I have spent my time and efforts earning an MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, and managing a $737.5M public school district bond package, consisting of close to 100 projects, touching almost 90 campus’, with an even longer list of stakeholders and project teams. I have a passion for Architecture, Construction, and for working as part of a team. I am most energized and fulfilled when I play an instrumental role in getting the most and best out of those I work alongside. Show less I provide management and oversight for construction projects, renovations of existing facilities, and additions to existing buildings, including working with architects, engineers and contractors during design and construction, reviewing bids, pay applications, contractor selections and making recommendations as needed. I am responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained, and verifying that work completed complies with District standards, building codes, local, State, and Federal laws and that all work supports the mission of the District.
