      My responsibilities while working for I&IT was largely successfully communicating with students and faculty at different levels of technical understanding to give technical and procedural explanation. I worked with a team of both students and staff to immediately respond to faculty issues and troubleshoot classroom hardware issues.

      My internship at Extron Electronics allowed me the opportunity to preform time sensitive projects on Touch Panel graphical user interfaces (GUI) for real world customers. I also successfully organized and led a 4 man team to complete a project building desktop testing racks for control applications engineers. I preformed detailed quality assurance testing as well as simulated reported real world problems experience by the customer in a lab environment.
