  Activities and Societies: Materials Advantage During college I gravitated towards Materials Science and Engineering as a freshman. Interest in both chemistry and mechanical engineering pushed me towards this decision.I chose to specialize in ceramics and polymers as their potential for sustainable engineering was immense.
