      Green Youth Collective Social Enterprise (GYC) is a project whose mission is to offer disadvantaged youth in Ho Chi Minh City opportunities to thrive professionally in the urban settings by training and employing them in future oriented professions, with a focus in the fields of green walls/roofs, organic gardening, urban planning, and sustainable resolutions industry. - Developed business and operation strategic plans from ideas brainstormed and surveyed from co-foundersand market research. - Oversaw the development and execution of the outreach strategy. Coordinated international volunteers, Vietnamese volunteers, and locals to ensure the stability and development of garden sites and communities in Ho Chi Minh city. Through strength-based approaches to highlight the agency and resilience of these Australians through their food stories, this study aims to:- Investigate the meanings of food for individuals with a refugee background from diverse social-cultural contexts- Interpret how history, background, and future plans influence the food experiences of individuals with a refugee background during their resettlement process in Tasmania- Identify common themes from these narratives to form recommendations to inform migrant services and policymakers.
