This role required management of installations, first and second line service delivery on the HFC networks. Responsibilities included:Network performance, Network Maintenance and a Preventative Maintenance Program for Virgin Media in the Cork Area .Opex and Capex budgets were also part of my remit. Manage the Nationwide Capex programme for Networks Improvement and the Nationwide Health & Safety ProgrammeNetwork New Build and Upgrades Handover Acceptance Process in conjunction with the Networks Compliance Department on the HFC and FTTH Network.
