  As a MEAL Unit Bridge Intern at ADRA International, I contributed to strengthening the organization's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework by developing key resources, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and enhancing data management processes for global projects.• Developed and refined MEAL toolkits to standardize evaluation processes, including the ADRA Evaluation TOR Template, Report Guidelines, and Quality Checklist.• Created and co-developed infographics and evaluation briefs to enhance data visualization and knowledge dissemination for projects in Madagascar.• Designed training materials and e-learning modules to build internal MEAL capacity, including logframe presentations, indicators guides, instructional videos, and technical demonstrations.• Improved USAID Development Data Library (DDL) submission processes, developing SOPs for data organization, creating an informed consent template, and co-hosting a webinar on best practices for data cleaning and reporting.• Conducted data cleaning and submission of project datasets for initiatives in Chile, Honduras, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, ensuring compliance with donor reporting requirements.
