  At SportInspired, I collaborated on several projects with workers ranging from the CEO to other interns alike. I assisted in creating a master budget for the non-for-profit, created spreadsheets with financial and contact information of donors, and also worked on creating a set of guidelines for a sporting festival.

  Leadership Committe

  -With the teams football season being cancelled due to COVID-19, a group of players were appointed by the coaching staff to form a leadership committee-This committee was formed to help create bonds between new coming players who did not get the full pre-season experiences-Being one of ten players chosen, I took initiative to get to know the first-year student-athletes who are on the team.

  -With a canceled football season, the leaders and coaches of the team decided to try and bring joy to the community without using helmets and shoulder pads.-Being the only non-coach on the committee, my job is to try and get as many teammates as possible to participate in our community service projects.-So far as a group, we have started the complete refurbishing of a local kids park called KidsGrove, have done community clean-ups, and have organized coat drives for the less fortunate people in the area of our University.
