Through school-based mentoring in metro Detroit, we transform high school students into becoming employable, productive adults. We help them see the path to a purposeful career and assist them in creating the road map to get there. A study of our graduates shows that over 95% continued their education past high school and 96% are employed.Throughout the country, other non-profits and schools implement the evidence-based Winning Futures life skills and strategic planning curriculum. Since 1994, we have impacted 40,000 students and awarded over $1.9M in scholarships.Oversee design and implementation of Workforce Prep model and approves all changes to curriculum development and implementation. Design program evaluations, implement, assess data, and provide feedback as needed. Works with facilitators to ensure that programs are educational and enjoyable for the students that participate.
