  Roles and Responsibilities• Overall responsible for managing quality control activities & quality systems of an organization.• Performing internal audits as per schedule to improve the effectiveness of IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001), HALAL requirements & GMP requirements.• Conducting periodic vendor audits to inspect and evaluate vendor quality management systems as well its products and documentation.• Providing various product compliance documents (REACH, OEKOTEX, GOTS etc) as per customer requirements.• Handling customer complaints & co-ordinating with stakeholder to provide RCA & CAPA report.• Organise the orientation/training of new team members in area of QC/QA & upgrade their skills & knowledge• Preparing monthly reports related to departmental activities, Quality trending reports etc. • Evaluating employee job performance to ensure that organizational objectives are being met.
