The total reduction in the annual budget was 20%;• Increase in OEE (availability, performance and machine quality) from 26% to 46%;• Preparation and management of CAPEX (R $ 26 million) and OPEX (R $ 3 million) of the manufacturing sector cost center;• Implementation of OS (work order) to measure man-hour load and root cause for manufacturing;• Responsible for activities related to filling and packaging of bulk, solid and semi-solid products;• Management of a group of supervisors for the 3 shifts, with a total of 120 employees from Galenic manufacturing;• Optimization of the sector's resources according to the manufacturing report and the production program, through technical training on the job, with the support areas (quality, engineering and industrial excellence) and guidelines for employees.• With the acquisition of new equipment, we achieved a 10% reduction in the unit cost of the product, paying for the investment of the machine in one year.
