Incorporated the use of technology, multiple student learning platforms, hands-on learning techniques and a variety of learning methods, both during virtual and in person learning, that were based in student discovery, collaboration, questioning and project based learning and assessment particularly through work as school representative to The Massachusetts Consortium for Innovative Education Assessment (MCIEA) Designed and led workshops and professional development sessions as a Professional Learning Group (PLG) Facilitator and teacher leader for colleagues in the areas of family and community engagement, analyzing student work, self-reflection of lessons in order to revise and improve our teaching, and subject area understanding and learning goals. Influenced school-wide growth through role on the Instructional Leadership Team and School Improvement Council and found innovative solutions to problem solving, researched and discussed learning sciences and effective pedagogy to then bring back to grade level teams for input, and worked across teams to support students and staff on a school wide basis.
