  As a Product Owner I am responsible for managing and optimizing the Product Backlog to improve and develop a product. I am the main point of contact for the various stakeholders including the end user, hence it is key to understand the needs of the consumer when taking their requirements. Understanding and translating these requirements into user stories and refining these with my development team is of of the main tasks of my role. Being able to be a good story teller helps in this activity. You can translate the requirements to all involved parties in a language they need. Personally I find it important to build strong relations with my development team and my stakeholders, creating a open work atmosphere and making it easy for them to reach out to me. While creating this trust I can make my team autonomous, coach them and get the max out of them. This way, together we can drive for high performance.Knowing your customer, being self-confident, patient, curious, having a helicopter view, being bold, being resilient and having a passion for this job are a few things that help me in doing my job at its best. Show less As a Senior Software tester and Test Coordinator in Ingenico e-Payments I am responsible for the last phase of testing, where it is key to clearly understand how the end-user wants to use the product you are testing. My task is to make sure test-management is aligned between all tribes, goals are achieved and plannings are created based on the availability of resources. This all in the final and most critical software project procedures within a DevOps Model before newly developed software is rolled out to the market.Through direct interaction with Business, Management and various other stakeholders I am responsible for building appropriate test plans, identifying and building test cases, executing tests, research unexpected test results to identify root cause, managing defect resolution in Pre-Production as well as Production environments and provide a final outcome with proper reports and documented risks associated with testing to ensures proper mitigation.In my role I am part of several Scrum teams where I work very closely together with Developers, QA Testers, Product Owners, Product Managers and Management. Also, I am part of multiple task forces to improve Front Office end-to-end processes and the time and effort it takes to get a release from Development to Production environment.
