  We Testify is a nonprofit organization focused on broadening the narrative around abortion by promoting diverse leadership and representation, and by reshaping public perceptions of the complexities and accessibility of abortion care. During my internship, I contributed to campaign execution, edited personal stories, created website content addressing stigmatized reproductive justice issues, and assisted in the rebranding of the organization's materials.

  This project aims to improve postpartum care for Black individuals in California. Black birthing people in the US face a significantly higher risk of maternal mortality. To address this issue, the study involves in-depth interviews and design workshops to gather insights and data on their specific needs during the year following childbirth. The ultimate goal is to enhance post-birth care standards and provide recommendations from those who use these services.
