Promoted to a supervisor, supervising insurance investigators and administrative staff, then created the first recruiting and HR position for the office and recruited supervisors, investigators, medical record specialists and all administrative staff. During my tenure, Equifax sold the division to Choice Point, who later sold to EMSI.
