  Currently working with the Airlines Insurance Placing&Billing department. My process works for renewing expiring Aerospace Insurance policies. This is an end to end process from gathering client’s insurance requirements to getting quotes from all the underwriters(Insurance providers) in the market, choosing the best quote suitable to the client, placing business, issuing certificates to policy holders, calculating premium payable(based on various terms received by the underwriter), billing, issuing debit invoices and finally adjusting premiums(minus brokerage) to insurance providers.•Working for Insurance Clients based all around world.•Calculation of the premium for insurance of Aircraft Hull, spares, passengers, crew member etc. for client and sending them the invoices once we bill the same.•Validating all the parties involved in an Insurance contract (i.e. Underwriters, Client, Insured, Reinsured and Third Party).•Coordinating with UK counterparts on a regular basis for any updates/queries via phone & email.•Working on Insurance Brokerage based application such as Eclipse.•Imparting process related training to new team members & existing team members and also Refresher training for the team•Quality checks for the team and also resolving queries/assisting team during processing.•Work Allocation from all the sources(emails, reports, etc)•Canadian AIF SPOC for Aerospace (working with UK/Mumbai team, also liaising on different lines with UK for Canadian AIF process)•Sole owner to check the VAT report for the authorizations done in the process.•Evaluating and developing action plans regarding huge volumes during peak period•Preparing various reports for forecasting anticipated work.•Achieving targets within the time frame and ensuring the targets are always hit.•Allocating the work among the team and following up the same.•Achieving production targets and quality.•Ensuring that process SLA’s (Production and Quality) are consistent and effective.
