      - Manage a successful team of five Winemakers that are responsible for the production of 20 million gallons annually across the Table Wine, Dessert Wine, Kosher Wine, Sparkling Wine & Other than Standard Wine segments.- Experienced in production for total beverage alcohol covering wines, spirits & malt beverages.- Responsible for demand planning for raw materials (grapes, concentrates, neutral spirits, etc.)- Manage department budget to support overall operations targets.- Responsible for wine blend standards, COGS & blend variance.- Actively partnered with R&D on new product development.- Works closely with Cellar department to optimize cellar operations and minimize wine loss through creation of "Blend Right First Time" metrics and other KPI's.
