      Working as a first line manager in a retail transport operation. In my role helping to manage a fleet of over 70 vehicles, 150 trailers and 150 drivers. I twin operational expertise and leadership to ensure that the correct stock is delivered to the correct store at the correct time so that customers can have what they require when they are in our stores. In my role i have helped to improve out KPI performance across all areas. specifically improving out trunking position through innovative twinning plans with other Tesco sites, I have lead and landed a new company policy whereby communication between stores and distribution have been made simpler and more direct, meaning we can better serve our customers this lead to an improvement in our relationships with stores. Providing road transport solutions and management for five train operating companies, leading four permanent team members as well as various support staff with budgetary responsibility of circa £5m.
