Established, organized and convened the Sexual Assault Database Management (SADM) for Third Army; which provides executive oversight; evaluate programs findings; track statistical data services; procedural guidance for systemic problems and develop policy and guidelines concerning the SHARP and SAPR Programs. Developed and conducted Victim Advocacy training, which provide guidance regarding reporting procedures, prevention and response activities in accordance with SAPR and SHARP program requirements.
