  Preview the images and select the suitable pictures for the news story and delete the unwanted images as well. Then edit the photos and correct the caption, color correction, File name etc and transfer them to News Press.1- Adding captions for the pictures received from Dubai Media Office.2- Translating the captions from English to Arabic.3- Receive images from photographers across the FTP program and via e -mail or directly from the photographers.4- Storing the pictures in the server in folders named by the dates the pictures were taken and the names of the photographers.5- Reviewing the pictures and deleting the duplicates and unpublishable and confirm the proper size and format of the pictures.6- Adjusting the brightness and revising the caption of each picture sent by the photographer.7- Saving the pictures in their proper category, then adding them to the program NEWS PRESS which will disburse the pictures to the journalists.8- Answering the photographers and journalists questions regarding the pictures and orders.9- Receiving the orders from the journalists and saving them in special folders sorted by the dates of issue, and printing them in the order schedule.10- Any other duties required for their job subscription.11- Making sure the selected pictures meet the publishing requirements.12- Sort out all the files and Write the images onto DVD and keep them in photographic archive.
