  Key Responsibilities:Client Management (APAC, EMEA & US): Successfully oversee client relationships across multiple regions, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. Efficiently manage the workload of sourcers/recruiters to ensure comprehensive coverage and optimal resource utilization. Conduct regular gap analyses to identify resource needs and formulate business cases for resource expansion or reallocation. Interact with clients on a weekly/biweekly basis, setting up SLAs for each job request and ensuring sourcing teams meet targets.Team Management: Lead and develop a team of sourcers/recruiters, ensuring adherence to personnel policies and procedures. Generate detailed reports for clients and internal management, identifying areas of improvement in operations and implementing changes to enhance quality and client satisfaction.Technology Utilization: Ensure proper utilization of technology, including training and implementing improvements and updates. Foster creative thinking and drive process improvement changes to optimize operations.
