Show less As the Retail Training Specialist for the Kansas City region of Commerce Bank, I alone train all of our newly hired Tellers and Financial Services Representatives at any of our 54 KC branches. When I took this position in April, I did a complete overhaul of the current training process and added two major aspects that have increased training effectiveness. I have also been able to help design a training program for a newly created position at Commerce Bank and have been a part of the conversion team for our recent merger with Summit Bank in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
