  May 2016- Present, RTA (Roads & Transport Authority of Dubai) UAE.Senior Engineer at Roads Department/ Construction and Supervision Section managing several important projects with a budget of over two billion dirham’s. Duties included:• Reviewing of contract documents at the design stage, manage the projects during construction stage in order to ensure completion of contract with minimum time, minimum cost, and high quality. This starting from issue of the letter of commencement, approval of the contractor program of works (Clouse 14 Program), materials approval, issue of variation orders to finally assessing any claims submitted by the contractors, …. Up to the handing over of the contracts and issuing the taking over certificates.• Supervision and interviewing of consultant site supervision staff check and process the Contractor's & Consultant's Payment Certificates check, safety and approve traffic diversions for the projects, co-ordinate with the Services Authorities for their relevant works, clearances and NOC’s.• Administrative works related to department works like (Sections & projects yearly budgets, contractor & consultant evaluations, monthly reports and technical reports to the high managements.• Managing the handing over committee for projects substantially completion inspection & End of Defects Liability Period inspection, and follow all snags / outstanding, and obtained all completion NOC’s in order to issue the certificates.
