      • Created content for the 1R Synergy session by working closely with the Design Lead, FOM, FBTs and HBTs. By working with these internal partners, I was able to help design and facilitate a 3-day session, bringing together our home office and field partners in Synergy. Positive feedback was received, stating that the sessions were productive, a great learning experience for all, and truly aided in alignment across roles.• Led the Case Manager (CM) team in the Clinical Coordinator (CC) Agility efforts by establishing alignment and follow-through of processes. Served as the primary CM for the Respiratory Design Lead, working closely with CC partners and Esbriet Support Team partners. The work completed during this project helped identify the best means of scheduling CC sessions for our patients, resulting in the new process our CCs are implementing today.• Assisted with a pilot by ensuring our CMs are following through on process-specific to our vendor's accounts. The work completed on this project is helping to determine if Access Solutions can partner with a 3rd party vendor to complete prior authorizations for customers.• Served as a Home Based Trainer, training new hires (Esbriet and Ocrevus), and designing training programs as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for current processes.
