Resulted in a 50% reduction in the number false-positive alerts.• Led the predictive analytics efforts in providing an elastic-net regression (using sci-kit learn); predicting the default rates across the banks portfolio of products using macro-economic variables as part of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP). Results led to the bank passing ICAAP to the regulator and incorporating recursive feature elimination to provide the simplest model to explain to the regulator.• Developed and deployed an automated process and reporting using customer data to find potential duplicates. As part of risk mitigation in the Single Customer View regulatory report to prevent the overcompensation of funds to customers using string matching algorithms.
