Created based on the World Bank’s guidelines and The Government’s Development Plan from 2014- 2018.  Electronic invoice (E-bill) project: Conceptualization, development, implementation, and operation process of Electronic Bill in JTCCia S.A. in accordance with DIAN’s guidelines (National Taxes and Customs Direction). E-tax: Transition from the physical tax payment in a bank to electronic payment of taxes in Colombia.  Conceptualization and implementation of a mobile application to pay social security in Colombia, to have more coverage of collecting social security payments as technological partners for ASOPAGOS & JTCCia S.A.  Smart Contact: Improvement of the Contact Center’s technology application based on exhaustive marketing research and benchmarking studies. Creation of a new application that controls times, procedures, and processes from a mobile application with access to our clients to control their operations.  Successfully negotiated and secured the Garnishing and foreclosure process as a new business line: Process the garnishing and foreclosure orders according to the Government’s guidelines proceedings to debit the person’s bank account.  Developed strong relationships and coordinates meetings and outgoing with personalities on the Government as well as the private sector.  Develop an extensive network of professional contacts according to the current and new business lines.
