  • As the Nordic Resource Manager I have since the beginning of 2016 been regional responsible for the Globalization process SAS Institute HQ initialized late 2015. • I have been running large programs to align the Nordic countries with the globalization process and been Leading the following Initiatives:o New system and processes for allocating resources locally, regionally and globally including the use of new integrated systems for Employee skillso New global systems for pipeline and backlog tracking as well as heading regional solutions for reporting and forecastingo New global time tracking system for all Nordic consultantsThese changes have been implemented in the organization through 30 Professional Services Line Managers, who in this process were responsible to me as Program Manager.Results are obvious, consultants are being utilized both regionally as well as globally resulting in a better revenue, pipeline and backlog are securing that reporting is now data driven and time tracking is now one system instead of 4 different systems.All of these programs have been implemented in time, in good quality and within budget. Vis mindre In this period I managed the development and implementation process of SAS solutions and products involving departmental and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products or solutions. I was planning and directing schedules, monitoring budgets and spending, handling of Change Requests from initiation to delivery. Managed the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the projects on schedule and within budget. I managed 9 different solutions/projects with several releases for each solution/product.I was instrumental in adopting Agile (SCRUM) as a project management and development approach in R&D. Today almost 3000 employees in R&D are developing software using Agile. Vis mindre As a consulting manager I worked with customers within both the public sector as well as the financial sector. Aside from the job as consultant manager I was providing executive management with strategic input, coached my staff and represented the management in meetings. I always stayed abreast (and still do) of trends and requirements in the market by making project assessments, approving assessments from project managers and negotiating project scope and overall contracts with customers.
