  Cirque Du Soleil – Alegria Arena Tour (20+ different nationalities on tour)As the team manager my responsibilities were:- Hiring talented artists / athletes that met the caliber and requirements of the show.- Conduct interview to promote the show. These interviews ranged from internationally televised interviews to magazine photo shoots. - Responsible for organizing weekly practices to guarantee my team meets the standards of what is required by Cirque du Soleil and to ensure the quality and integrity of the act. - Conduct team meetings to promote new ideas, to give feedback accordingly and to promote team spirit, & to motivate them to achieve their highest potential.- Communicate with the production department and technical teams, including lighting technicians, sound technicians, riggers, carpenters and stage managers to facilitate practices and ensure the team has the most ideal working conditions.- Create and maintain detailed records of all activity regarding shows and practices, and report to the company manager and artistic director to update them with any challenges or progress.- Travel every week and adapt to foreign lifestyles.- Perform in 8-10 shows weekly (300+ yearly)- Conduct performance reviews on each of the artists / athletes Show less

  TeamGym Aarhus is a gymnastic club housing both elite- and grassroot gymnasts. The ten teams in the club practices each around 3-4 times weekly and occupies 50+ coaches.During my time as sports coordinator and chairman of the board we have produced the following results:- Increased the amount of members from 170 to 250- Hosting 5 major gymnastics competitions for 3000 participants (GymDanmark, Federation)- Hosting the Danish Championship in Ceres Arena (2.000 audience members).- Strategy development, short, mid and long.- Organize project teams for parents to help coordinate activities in an agile environment.- Recruitment, retention and development of 60+ instructors.- Recruitment and integration of board members.- Creation of a project team to build a new gymnastic gym (35+ mil dkr.).- Better coordination with other clubs, municipalities etc.- Developing elite academy, Dual Careers in cooperation with Aarhus University and esaa.dk- Succeeding developing new projects with external funding (Applications)- Becoming top 15 club In Aarhus measured in activity hours, out of 413 clubs in Aarhus.
