      Tauranga's premium lounge/cocktail bar of the time. Since its closure the night scene in Tauranga has never been the same. As a bartender it was my responsibility to serve drinks responsibly, look after patrons, make sure the atmosphere was one where our customers could really relax and enjoy themselves in a safe but energetic environment. Up selling drinks to cocktails, more premium spirits/liqueurs was a feature of the role so an extensive knowledge of products was required. Show less I was chosen to take part in a 3 month secondment to trial the integration of Simply Squeezed Juice company with Frucor Beverages in the Licensed on Premise trade. The role included developing existing business for Simply Squeezed and acquiring new business whilst adding to their range a mix of NEW simply squeezed products and existing Frucor Beverages products - something which had never been done before. The trial was a resounding success and created a NEW BDM role in Dunedin and a Hybrid role in the Bay of Plenty with the plan to extend that to a full time position over time. Show less
